KWA Group specializes in property, construction and community association management, as well as leasing and sales.  Our professionals handle all types of owner, tenant and vendor issues, including the reconciliation and collection of Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges and overdue balances.  Also, the community associations we manage have access to the unique MGCOne software from My Green Condo, or a hosted software platform of their choice.
